I have purchased a credit but it has not been added to my account and I cannot advertise

If this has happened do not panic.

Sometimes when you have paid, our server does not automatically receive the payment notification from our payment site and you are not automatically given a credit.

If this has happened to you firstly can we send our apologoes.

Do not panic. Can use the contact us link at the top of the page and write a message to us stating that you have not been given a credit we will get it sorted out for you asap.

If you contact us at night or at weekends there may be a delay until we receive your email but we will get it sorted out.
